Customers can contact customer firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours of placing the order, we will ship it, so it will not be possible to cancel the order.
1.The orders placed within 7 day：
A.Our warehouse has already shipped the package, but if you have not received it and request a refund, you have the option to refuse the delivery. *if it is an exchange, we will give you the return label and the new tracking number together (no need to pay any logistics fees),
