Egretech power stations can be charged with other brands of solar panels as long as the plug size and input voltage match. But please note: We do not recommend you to use other brands to charge your Egretech charging station, because we cannot guarantee the quality of other brands and the safety of using other brands. We cannot provide after-sales service for other brands of products. It is highly recommended that you purchase the Egretech solar panels for your Egretech station.
First, please evaluate the equipment to be charged. As long as the operating voltage and power are within the operating power range of the power station, you can use the power station to supply power. If you are unsure about this, please feel free to contact us at Service@egretech.com
If the built-in battery pack fails, contact the Egretech Customer Service Center.
You can use a solar panel with a DC 5521 charging connector and a total open-circuit voltage range of 12-24V in conjunction with the device for charging. For your safety, we recommend using it with 1X Egretech PSP 100W.
