For extended storage periods, discharge the product to 30% capacity, then charge it to 60% capacity. Repeat this cycle every 3 months to prevent over-discharge, which may hinder the charging station's normal startup. 3.For safety precautions, avoid storing the product in environments exceeding 45℃ or dropping below -10℃ for extended durations.
The charging time is shown on the product’s LCD Screen, which can be used to estimate the charging time of most appliances with stable power usage.Mainly depends on the power of your device.
1. Please confirm whether the voltage and power output of the car cigarette lighter are normal; or whether the car charging cable is damaged. 2.Try using solar panels to charge the power station. If you can use the solar panel to charge, it means there is a problem with the car charger to XT60 cable. Replace the cables, if the solar panel still won't charge, contact Service@egretech.com.
1. If the temperature is excessively high, power off the equipment or cease the load to facilitate cooling. 2. In case of low temperatures hindering charging, relocate the device to a warmer area or allow it to discharge for a while. 3. The charging power of this device correlates with battery levels. During initial charging from 0% or nearing full charge, charging power may be reduced, which is normal.
