How much is the logistics cost?

Where do you ship from?
All egretech orders are shipped from the US, the address of our US warehouse 437 N Baldwin Park Blvd,City of Industry,CA (CALIFORNIA).

How many days does logistics take?
Logistics will take 5-7 days to reach your address.

Which logistics transport to use?
USA local Fedex.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
If you place an order for two products, we will divide them into two packages for delivery, and there will be two tracking numbers. If you encounter special circumstances on the way, the two packages may arrive separately. Generally speaking, they will arrive at the same time. .

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, Once the package is sent from the warehouse, we will not be able to change the address for you, so if you want to change the address, please contact our email within 24 hours after placing the order, service@egretech.com

Return and Refund Policy

 1. Customers can contact customer service@egretech.com to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order. After 24 hours of placing the order, we will ship it, so it will not be possible to cancel the order.

2. Within 7 days of receiving the product, due to customer subjective reasons, such as placing the wrong order, finding that it is unnecessary to buy after receiving it, or not meeting your expectations, etc., if you want to submit a refund, please contact customer service service@egretech.com , explain the reason for the return and take a photo to indicate that the product has not been used. The customer service will return the return label within 2 working days. Since this is a return caused by the customer's subjective reasons, we will charge 20 dollars for logistics Fees (will be deducted directly from the order after refunded). Within 3 working days after receiving the product, we will refund to you.

3. Within 30 days after receiving the product, if there is any product quality problem, please contact our customer service service@egretech.com for  exchange or return the product.
*if it is an exchange, we will give you the return label and the new tracking number together (no logistics fees),
*if you choose to return and refund, we will give you the return label, you do not need to pay for any logistics costs, after the product is returned to the warehouse and signed for by the warehouse, we will refund you in full within 2 working days.
