Egretech offers free shipping on all items (except Puerto Rico and remote US islands)and we primarily serve US and European customers.

Shipping Locations

1. Shipping is valid for shipping addresses in the United States and excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and excluding Guam for some products.
2. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes addresses.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped out via FedEx.
*Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

Shipping and delivery time

We will ship it to you as soon as possible. In most cases, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. All estimated times are based on working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days, depending on your destination and carrier.
Products shipped via free shipping typically arrive within 4-7 business days of order placement. If you want to cancel the order after placing the order, you need to contact customer service@egretech.com to cancel the order for you within 24 hours. Otherwise, the product will be shipped to you according to the normal shipping process and you will not be able to cancel the order.

Orders Tracking

For every order you place, you will receive at least 2 emails:
These are the order confirmation email and the shipping confirmation email to confirm your order details. This includes your order number, carrier information, the date and time the order was placed, order status, and package tracking numbers for the shipped items.
To find out the exact location of your shipment, track your items on the carrier's official website. If you don't find the email, please check your spam box and add Egretech to your contact list.

Shipping FAQ
l ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

If you place an order for two products, we will divide them into two packages for delivery, and there will be two tracking numbers. If you encounter special circumstances on the way, the two packages may arrive separately. Generally speaking, they will arrive at the same time.

Can l change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, Once the package is sent from the warehouse, we will not be able to change the address for you, so if you want to change the address, please contact our email within 24 hours after placing the order, service@egretech.com
